My amazing cover!

Hello Blogosphere, it’s been a while. However! Though things have been crazy lately, I haven’t forgotten my promise to tell you about my cover reveal!

Look at it! Isn’t it amazing? Jesse Joshua Watson gave Habo so much emotional depth in such a sparse presentation. I love it.

It was an exciting time: Hafsa over at iceybooks.com did my exclusive cover reveal and ARC giveaway (there are still 6 days left! go! enter! win!) and all the wonderful Lucky 13s and 2k13s tweeted up a storm about it.

Then, right after that, GOLDEN BOY showed up on Goodreads (where you can mark it “to-read”… though a couple of people have already ranked it “5 stars”…  not that I’m complaining, mind you, but how do they know since they havent’ read it yet? Are 5 stars a way to express excitement for a concept? Ah, brave new world, I wish I understood you better!) And, right after that, GOLDEN BOY showed up on Amazon.com, available for pre-order!

There are some days (a lot of days, really) when I still can’t quite believe this is happening… but seeing my name and cover sprout up in all these exciting places… well, it just makes it real in a way it wasn’t before. I can’t wait until June 27th, 2013, but for now, I’m pretty happy with my cover. 🙂
